A leadership development programme that incorporates Coaching, Workshops and a Business Challenge contained in a structured development experience over a six-month period. Aimed squarely at recently promoted Executives transitioning to the next managerial level we work with you to identify executives with potential to succeed in Senior Leadership Roles, equip them with a leadership toolkit (the theory) and work to leverage and resolve real business challenges (the practical application).
Our Executive Assessments use robust psychometric tools to establish the values, career motives and style preferences of individuals and ‘benchmarks’ results with ‘best in class’ profiles to identify the level of alignment, strengths and areas for development. Each assessment includes a one to one interview, an online psychometric assessment and a feedback debrief which involves a development planning dialogue. The development agenda is informed by a clear understanding of the strengths and risks identified through the assessment process.
Our experienced coaches are skilled at providing a coaching support programme for leaders and professionals in order to help them develop and grow in clear and specific ways. Coaching assignments take place over a minimum of six months to ensure sustainable progress against the agreed coaching plan.
